LaToya White-Grayer is owner of MACA Childcare. MACA is a privately owned childcare. At MACA, we provide a high-quality early childhood education program and overnight care, serving children from six weeks to 12 years old at our location. As the Owner, LaToya is responsible for all aspects of the company’s strategy, leadership, governance and operations. 

Since becoming the founder of MACA Childcare LLC. in 2012, LaToya has guided the company’s transformational turnaround. Her vision for MACA is to become the highest standard of excellence in education, with more accredited centers than all other early childhood education providers combined. Her focus on a cultural transformation has been marked by record-high levels of employee and customer engagement. 

LaToya’s career spans more than 20 years of leading children in Cleveland, Oh and Orlando, FL areas. Under her leadership, she strengthened teachers to become Directors, re-energized parents to get involved, and increased profitability and growth in the childcare marketplace.

LaToya is a member of NAYEC. She holds a Degree in Early Childhood Education, and also has her National CDA and Advance Directors Credential with Trauma Endorsement. She is certified in CPR and Trauma- Informed Care as well.

LaToya is married, the mother of four children and grandmother of four grandchildren as well.
